Lightweight yet sturdy. Easy to carry, especially on the golf course in my bag or on a cart.
The convenience of a water bottle and foam roller in one at the gym is unmatched. The ridges on the roller are great for massaging out tight muscles before and after my workout. The straw makes it convenient to take quick sips-important when taking fast-paced workout classes. Super easy to clean, and not seeing any wear on the roller despite rolling it around gym floors and indoor turf.

LOVE my MIVA!! The insulation keeps my water ice cold all day, and I love that the rubber exterior not only foam rolls but also protects the bottle so it doesn't get dented/dinged/or cracked like some other water bottles do if you carry them everywhere. If you are constantly on the go, tossing your water bottle in and out of workout bags, and want a sturdy bottle, gotta be MIVA!
