I love my MIVA bottle! It’s perfect to take with me to the gym or when working out at home. I don’t have to use the rollers that are never wiped down at the gym (yuck!!) I do have to say I recommend getting a darker colored bottle. I got the sand color and because the bottle is silicone, It easily gets things stuck to the outside and you can see It on the light color. Will definitely continue recommending to others!!

This water bottle is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s perfect for gym workouts. It holds so much water and using it as a roller has been a game changer. I’ve never been able to commit to buying my own foam roller, but this I can get behind. 10/10 purchase (just wish I waited for the new colors to come out! Guess I’ll have to buy another one)
